REGISTRATION FOR JEWEL SCHOOL
Please
note the following Registration Policies and Deadlines.
1. All registration fees are non-refundable.
2. We must receive a $100 Registration Fee, $75
activity fee, and $150 tuition payment PER CHILD as a deposit with
your completed registration form.
3.
All forms and correspondence should be mailed to: JEWEL, PO Box 798,
Olney, MD, 20832.
4.
It is assumed that full payment will be made by the time classes
begin. Otherwise, please make a payment plan with the office.
5.
To get the early registration discount, your completed forms and all
applicable deposits must be received NO later than June 1, 2010.
6.
Financial Aid is available for those in need. Please contact
Rabbi Fink at rabbifink@betterfamily.org
for more information.
